Wooden house plans: Italian summer wooden homes "Arlette" 309m² This house was designed for our customer from central Italy. The house is located in a stretch of hilly country, ground floor is made of concrete. There you can find two garages, and utility space (technical rooms) . On the first floor there are: spacious living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a dressing room and a large terrace decorating the house from the two sides. Organic location of the house on the relief area allows you to enjoy both the sun and views of the river framed by the hills - from the windows of the living room and from terrace.
